Our signature dishes are fresh, vibrant and full of flavour. Wherever possible, we use organic and free-range products, sustainably grown and ethically sourced. If we don’t make it ourselves, we try to support local suppliers and producers. We are passionate about good food and proud to share it with our community.

Born in Tiberias, on the shores of the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) in northern Israel, Zion grew up in a family of 12 children. Food was at the heart of family life, fresh bread was baked every morning and trips to the market were a daily occurrence.
Zion’s love of food and cooking came from his Moroccan mother “an old-school, intuitive cook who never bothered with recipes,” who taught him the value of quality ingredients, the importance of creativity and how to respect simplicity in preparation.
He has been cooking in Australia for over 30 years, as a chef and caterer, managing functions from dinner parties and corporate boardroom lunches to large scale conferences and events for several thousand people.
